Apparently the Japanese netizens are not satisfied with their current diverse set of emoticons. They are evolving and with more complexity. Short of saving the new emoticons as templates, I wonder how they use the evolved emoticons in their daily conversations.
This, (◉◞౪◟◉), has characters from geometric shapes unicode set and Tegulu script. Whereas, ( ;ω;), has the Greek Small Letter for Omega. And even Wikipedia’s comprehensive list of unicode characters fails to resolve what characters have been used in this (੭ु˙꒳˙)੭ु⁾⁾.
On subcultureblog.com, some even expressed their surprise that the evolved forms.
